Course duration 144 academic hours.
Designed for adults and students who continue to study English after the “elementary” level (Elementary) or have basic elementary knowledge of English and, accordingly, aimed at mastering the continuing level B1 (Pre-Intermediate) in accordance with the European system of levels.
- The purpose of training
The purpose of learning English is to prepare for communication in this language in written and oral forms. Upon completion of the course, students confidently at the first stage of intermediate level of English language development will be able to keep up with English speakers, understand simple and adapted written texts, as well as listen and perceive standard mid-tempo English-speaking speech on the following topics: sports, meals and food, housing and place of residence, leisure time and daily activities, favorite things in everyday life and preferences, countries of the world and features of nationalities, personal information and data of other people.

This course allows you to form the following skills:

· Use of the most common words and expressions in relation to standard situations. |

· The use of English grammar and, as a result, the skill of constructing standard and competent sentences for writing and speaking |
Speaking |
· Use of colloquial speech in relation to not only familiar household issues, but also to some less standard situations, such as “Environmental Protection” |
Listening |
· Perception of uncomplicated, but coherent English speaking by ear at an average and natural pace |
Reading |
· Reading and understanding the content of simple and adapted literature mainly in the form of articles or stories |
Writing |
· Possession of simple written language in relation to standard situations |
Thinking |
· Thinking about standard stereotypes of English culture |
Motivation |
· More rapid and motivated learning using modern technology, such as an electronic board |
